Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout. Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. It is important to ensure the accuracy of your order before finalizing it.
Reporting Issues and Returns
Customers have 02 business days from the day they receive the order to report the following:
- Damaged items
- Lost packages/items
- Requests for returns
Fees for Returns
- If the customer is at fault (e.g., buyer's remorse), the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee and $15 return label fee (per label).
- If the order is rejected, the customer will be responsible for an $18 FedEx return label fee (per label).
- If the customer is not at fault, all fees will be waived.
Shipping Charges Refund
Shipping charges are refundable only when the product was mis-shipped or defective upon arrival.
Custom Orders and Expiration Dates
- Please note that custom orders may take longer to process than our regular online orders. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing the order online to streamline the process. Please proceed to checkout on our online store to secure your items, as orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, following a first-come, first-serve basis.

Return Policy for Different Items
Hardware:
Defective hardware purchased from Find Your Buzz can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. This 7-Day Warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 7 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer of the product to process a return. Products that are damaged, scratched, dented, or have visible wear & tear will not be accepted.
e-Liquids/e-Juices:
All E-Liquid / E-Juice / Nicotine Salt / disposable vape pen sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids or disposable vape pens.
Glass Products or Water Pipes:
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Defective Products Photo Submission:
In most cases, we do not require you to mail us your defective products. Instead, please take a photo of each defective or damaged item, both individually and as a group, and send them to sales@findyourbuzz.com within 24 hours of submitting your return request online. Submitting photos is the sole responsibility of the customer. If we do not receive your photos within 7 days of your request date, your claim will be rejected and closed.
To ensure a smooth process, kindly provide photos of all broken items both as a group and individually.
Return Requirements:
- Product(s) should be in good condition and in their original packaging.
- All products, parts, accessories, and the UPC Code on the exterior should be intact.
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box or a copy of the original packing slip, which should be packed inside the box.
- All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.
- If you buy by the case and return with less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using the next higher price level.
Missing Items in the Order
If your order contains unfilled items, it may be due to temporary stock shortages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please ensure you thoroughly check the package, as we sometimes pack items separately. If you haven't received the remaining items within 1 business day of your initial delivery or wish to confirm your order status, please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-888-994-7886. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with any inquiries. Thank you for your understanding.
International Shipments
For international orders, customers are responsible for the products after the order has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for missing items due to inventory shortages in international orders. Additionally, customers are responsible for return labels for international orders. If you want to return your products, you will need to pay for a shipping label and send the items back.
